Qasr Al Nu’man in Barka is looking for a talented and creative natural flower coordinator to organize and decorate weddings and special events. You will be responsible for designing and arranging fresh flower decorations in a luxurious and attractive style that meets our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative floral arrangements for weddings and various events
• Prepare and set up flower decorations on-site on the event day
• Collaborate with the decoration and event team to ensure a cohesive design
• Provide clients with recommendations on the best flower types and arrangements
• Manage flower orders and ensure their quality and timely delivery

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in floral coordination and decoration
• High level of creativity and strong design skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with flexible hours
• Excellent communication skills with clients and the team
• Knowledge of seasonal and local flowers is a plus
